Exercise is so very important both physically and mentally
Zoom into our online clsses and keep fit and flexible during these isolating times.
"Hi everyone, home alone as so many of us are. We are doing morning classes 8.30 am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Zoom is where you log into the meeting and you can see me and I can see all of you. The classes will be no more than six people.
It’s a good way to keep exercising whilst in doors especially for people working from home as may not be sitting at a proper desk and therefore posture goes downhill.
It’s important to keep moving breathing and stretching as much as we can.
